Birthday Goodies!

Hey Lovely people,

I had my birthday on Monday and in true Hannah fashion I made a weekend of it. So our mum, Livvy and my other sister Kate came up on Saturday to have a girly day out having a leisurely lunch and of course shopping!

I got two Kiko eyeshadows which are stunning in the shades 04 and 49, a bottle of Lancôme La Vie est Belle and a new Clinque Chubby Stick in Flowering Freesia!

The Kiko eyeshadows are amazing I stumbled across them in the Bullring store and fell in love they are soooo pigmented! After wearing them I can safely say they last all day without creasing (no primer needed here!), they blend beautifully. I literally could not believe how quickly the two colours blended together I will definitely be buying myself more of these.

Perfume is something I asked for as I got a tester in a magazine and have carried it around with me for about a year making anyone I come into contact with sniff it and share how beautiful the scent is! So to now own a bottle is amazing! I can’t wear floral scents so with its notes of Jasmine, Orange Blossom and Patchouli really suits me.

My new Chubby Stick is another colour changing genius, seems like everyone is jumping on this bandwagon! Flowering Freesia turns into a beautiful mauvey pinky colour it’s lovely. We all know my love of Chubby Sticks and this one doesn’t disappoint!

I also got two new pairs of shoes, I really wanted some summery sandal type shoes with a small heel (I’m tall so nothing too high!) but I hate shoe shopping (I know a cardinal sin) it stresses me out because they never have my size or I find a pair I love and the heel is too high, it’s just a stressful experience for me so finding two new pairs was a massive achievement that I needed to share! Finally I got a new pair of sunglasses from Ralph Lauren, they’re so classic and easy to wear I love them and got them just in time for the amazing weather we’ve been having recently!

So of course with birthdays there’s always cake. Livvy made me an unbelievable cake, I cannot describe how amazing this cake looks and tastes! She baked all week to make this and pretty much everything on it she made, including the meringue kisses and macaroons! My mum also made me a salted caramel cheesecake (I’m sorry there’s no pic it tasted so good we ate it!) It was a vanilla cheesecake with a salted caramel topping, it was simply divine!

All in all I had a fab birthday with my family and just to spread it out even more this coming weekend I’m seeing my friends!
