Thought I’d share this Butternut Squash Pie I made the other day. I meant to make a pumpkin pie around Halloween but didn’t get round to getting some pumpkin puree in time before it was out of stock in the shops – super annoying! I did stumble across an alternative though and have been pleasantly surprised with the result!

So we recently went to a family wedding and wanted to share our looks!
My dress was really dark navy with a lace type overlay so I brightened the whole look up with orange shoes and bag, along with gold accessories. I decided on a simple look that was bronzed up a little bit for the summer!

I had my birthday on Monday and in true Hannah fashion I made a weekend of it. So our mum, Livvy and my other sister Kate came up on Saturday to have a girly day out having a leisurely lunch and of course shopping!

So over the past weeks I’ve done quite a lot of baking as there have been two birthdays, a hen do and a last minute wedding cake/cupcakes!
So our parents birthdays are both at the end of April and of course birthday equals cake! I made my mum caramel cupcakes with almond brittle on top and my dad a sticky ginger cake.
